De ci de la des choses series is a series of work I made in 2006, and was originally for an exhibition (with poetry by LEUNG Ping-kwan) in France in the same year. An exhibition catalogue was published by Editions YOU-FENG (ISBN 2-84279-233-5). Usually I have a work finished, then come up with the title. This series was a bit exceptional, I had all the titles and sequence set before any work was made. Each work was in fact, a response to one of Leung Ping-kwan's poems.
